lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this resolution, which, among other things, stresses that the economic crisis still remains to be addressed by means of the development of an economic governance framework with the power to enforce fiscal discipline and coordination, stabilise monetary union and raise the level of investment in productive jobs; urges the Commission to bring forward as soon as possible proposals for a permanent crisis mechanism managed under Union rules, a feasibility study on the setting-up of a system for the common issuance of European sovereign bonds on the basis of joint and several liability and proposals to fully integrate the EU 2020 strategy into the stability framework and for a single external representation arrangement for the eurozone."@en1
