lpv:translated text	"− Both the Court of Auditors and the Committee on Budgetary Control have delivered a positive opinion on the implementation of the budget of the Community Fisheries Control Agency. For these reasons Parliament has today voted to grant budgetary discharge for 2009. The controls carried out have shown that the Agency’s budget is reliable and the underlying transactions are legal and regular. I wish, however, to point to the presence of some weaknesses, above all, in recruitment planning, in respect of which I hope a rapid improvement can be made in the procedures relating to future financial years."@en1
