As far as I know from sources in Bulgaria, there is a very low percentage of referrals to prosecutors, of which very few lead to convictions. This is what we know; this is the information we have from various sources. There is also, I think, a report from the parliament in Bulgaria. The Commission should look into that. Why is there this scandal in Bulgaria? We really have to look into this matter."@en1
