Among the positive points: First of all, the amendment in two parts relating to Magnitsky was adopted with a large majority (+318, -163 and 95 abstentions). S&D and ALDE amendments were all adopted (LGBT, death penalty/lethal injection). Two GUE amendments were adopted (equal access to healthcare/treatment and Colombia). However, among the negative points, we have to mention that the two amendments tabled by the rapporteur (EPP) relating to the EIDHR and the need to dedicate more projects to democracy instead of HR were adopted."@en1
