lpv:translated text	"It is symbolic that 20 years after the fall of the wall that divided Europe, today we are talking about Europe 2020. Firstly, I would like to approve the fundamental priorities of the Europe 2020 strategy: knowledge and innovation, a society of high employment and a competitive and sustainable economy. I propose that we add two more priorities – infrastructure development and an effective energy policy. While stressing the strengthening of energy security as one of the most important priorities of European energy policy and aiming to ensure the diversification of sources of energy and supply routes, we must not forget the important and projects which are important not only to Lithuania. I believe that while preparing a new strategy, we must assess the reasons we failed to achieve the goals outlined in the Lisbon Strategy. We must not only set out new strategy goals and tasks, but turn discussions that sometimes last too long into concrete action with precise deadlines."@en1
