This is what happened this morning, in a highly unusual manner. The President must then inform Parliament immediately. I would like to enquire whether this process was followed because the situation we find ourselves in is quite extraordinary: This is the first time that the European Parliament has been prevented from debating a resolution agreed by all the parliamentary groups in response to an extremely serious situation, such as the case of Mrs Haidar. I would therefore like to know if this process was followed. If it was not, the resolution should be debated immediately.
