"(
) We Social Democrats believe that it is important to promote both art and culture within the EU. We would therefore like to see a greater exchange of experience and cooperation between Member States in this area. This is particularly important in order to make it easier for art students to study in another Member State.
However, we do not believe that the content of the Member States’ art courses should be determined at EU level. Such decisions should be taken by the Member States themselves. We have therefore chosen to vote against the report."@en1
