lpv:translated text	"Mr President, following on from the third round of negotiations between the Polisario Front, the only legitimate representative of the Sahrawi people, and the Kingdom of Morocco, which took place under the auspices of the United Nations on 8 and 9 January, I must stress the current necessity and importance of demanding full respect for the inalienable right of the Sahrawi people to self-determination. This is the only fair and lasting solution to this dispute and is also in accordance with international law and the UN resolutions. The Moroccan authorities must be told to end their dilatory manoeuvring, which is aimed at delaying and, if possible, boycotting the current negotiation process. The Moroccan authorities must also be told to end the repression and colonisation of the occupied territories of the Western Sahara."@en1
