"Madam President, Mr PodkaĆski seems to be implying that the Committee on Constitutional Affairs was acting in violation of the Rules of Procedure. The Rules of Procedure require every language to be treated equally, and what the committee is proposing is simply that, instead of a written verbatim translation in every language, we have an audiovisual translation in every language. There is no discrimination between languages in this proposal. It is simply a question of whether we have a written record or an audiovisual record. In both cases, all the languages must be treated equally."@en1
