Those who wish to applaud it can do so, and those who want to reject it can reject it, but do not express your personal opinions in the form of points of order. The Conference of Presidents has taken account of the clash that Mr Martínez has mentioned. Sometimes we cannot harmonise all agendas. The alternative would have been to schedule a Conference of Presidents open to all Members. The effect would have been exactly the same, because the Members present in Vienna would still not have been able to take part. Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
