". Labour MEPs strongly support the Doyle report which seeks to contain and ensure safe use and proper recovery of F-gases which contribute to global warming. Cuts in F-gases will help Member States meet the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol. However, we cannot support those amendments to the legislation which seek to impose bans on certain F-gases without a proper impact assessment. The legislation provides for a review clause in article 10 and this is the proper mechanism to deal with any possible prohibitions."@en1
