"Mr President, I only wish to say that Baroness Ludford was right and that her interpretation was correct. However, you did not allow me to speak. It is obvious that there are some mental reservations and discrimination in this House. Mr Cohn-Bendit did not know what he was talking about, as he was referring to an amendment which had not been tabled.
