There is documentary evidence that Igloomeat SA met the requirements arising under Council Directive No 77/99/EEC relating to the processing of meat on 13 February 2004. It therefore applied to be included in the list of establishments exporting products to the EU Member States, but Igloomeat’s management has not yet received any decision. I should therefore like to ask you, Mr President, to call on the European Commission to take action in this particular case, and to highlight the failure of EU institutions to act promptly, thus making it difficult for businesses from the new EU Member States to operate on EU markets."@en1
