We resolutely oppose consideration being given to setting up a European arms export control agency. Regarding the issue of an arms embargo against the People’s Republic of China, we have chosen to abstain in the votes on this issue in the report. We believe it is an issue for each of the national parliaments, such as Sweden’s, to decide upon.
