"Mr President, I would like to wind up the discussion on the Boogerd-Quaak report.
This is not about the committee’s political assessment or otherwise; the question is whether or not the Rules of Procedure have been breached. Since freedom of expression is a significant matter, which is very important to us, we would like this matter to be dealt with seriously and for it to continue to be debated. I therefore believe – and I am, of course, speaking on behalf of my group – that the report should be referred back to committee."@en1
