"Mr President, I voted for the entry of Hungary into the European Union. Since there will be at least 200 million pensioners in the enlarged Europe, I hope that, when the Hungarian representatives join the European Parliament, it will be possible to have a number of MEPs which is proportional and proportionate to the number of pensioners in Europe. I therefore hope that the pensioners of Hungary will send a representative to Parliament too, to help us protect the interests of the elderly throughout Europe more vigorously and more effectively."@en1
