That would obviously be a major gateway of access for many Internet users. A linked point is the sort of cooperation he perceives is being offered by Internet service providers in being able to take down offensive sites that are reported through the hotline service. Also related is whether action can be taken on sites that are fed in from other Internet service providers from outside the European Union."@en1
