"Mr President, I was one of the first who asked to submit a question to Mr Prodi. Your colleague in the brown jacket nodded to say ‘alright’, but I was not called to submit my question. I fail to understand this sort of discrimination. More than 10 of my fellow Members have spoken, while I have been ignored. What does this mean? Are there two sorts of Members in Parliament? Furthermore, I think that the way in which Members who ask to speak are noted is unacceptable. It should be done electronically, so that those who ask to speak can be sure they will be noted in the right order."@en1
