This is a continuation of the previous explanation of vote, Mr President. In my opinion, the Mediterranean countries are part of Europe in the same way as Turkey is part of Europe. I hope for, and I am in favour of, Turkey joining the European Union and, if this does happen, I feel that we should carefully examine the possibility that Mediterranean countries could also enter the European Union.
