Triples with object UKIP voted against the renewal of the EU ‘Interoperability solutions for European public administrations, businesses and citizens’ (ISA2) programme. While we recognise the potential benefits of interoperability, we see this expensive EU programme as being designed primarily to ‘Europeanise’ public administration and prise it away from national control, rather than being an efficiency measure.
