Triples with object UKIP opposes the notion that the state can monitor citizens who have committed no crime. We feel that if citizens are under reasonable legal suspicion then appropriate measure may be taken with proper civil liberties and legal safeguards. In terms of any monitoring and surveillance, the EU has no right to be involved in this process.
