Triples with object Today UKIP voted against this non-legislative report on compensation for offshore oil and gas operations. This report is trying to harmonise the civil claims process for offshore accidents, however the report does not even consider the fact that the international framework for each Member State differs and it cannot be harmonised on matters of this issue.
