Triples with object There is a call to increase staff and financial resources to meet EU political objectives in relation to budget and financial management. Strengthening middle management levels is also a concern in relation to the increase of cost. An initial community budget contribution of EUR 308.7 million has helped launch and will continue to support the EIT for the 2008–2013 periods. We cannot support this due to the fact that it is linked with other innovation EU projects that pursue EU political aims and objectives.
