Triples with object I voted in favour of this report. A number of acts adopted in recent decades have exhausted all their effects. They are no longer relevant because of their temporary nature or because their content has been taken up by successive acts. For reasons of legal certainty it is necessary to revoke the measures in question in order to bring acts in the area of freedom, security and justice in line with the Lisbon Treaty.
