Triples with object I do not support any EU trade negotiation with third countries which result in the annulment of national BITs and restrict all Member States to EU negotiated terms and conditions for trade. It is important for competitiveness for countries to be able to establish unique and idiomatic trade deals and not relinquish sovereign trade decisions under EU proposals. I therefore could not vote against any call to postpone such negotiations.
