"Mr President, I would like to congratulate you on your appointment, and certainly your stance on Italy right at this moment. On a point of order under Rule 15(1), could I ask you to look at the future election voting system that we have just incurred this week, where it says the President should be elected by secret ballot. I have no objection to this, but why are we going backwards in time by using paper ballot votes that took a whole day to process under enormous cost to the taxpayer? Yet, within this Chamber, we have the facility to process secret electronic votes. I believe in future you should encourage this Chamber to avoid wasting time and taxpayers’ money by moving for a better process."@en1
