lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I have always been a great admirer of all those who contribute to our creative and cultural treasury which we are so proud of in Europe. I was pleased to vote in favour of this comprehensive, articulate and forward—thinking report in the light of the rapporteur’s efforts to consolidate a long-term policy in this area. I have always advocated strongly for the creative potential of small and medium—sized enterprises, and, in reassessing the allocation of funds, for example, we may reinforce the potential which the cultural and creative industries host. Facilitating the interrelationship between SMEs and research, as well as the essential combination of creativity with entrepreneurialism, will prove truly fruitful in this domain. Measured investment and expertise in assessment will also provide the keystone for further innovation in this sphere. I think that Mr Ehler and Mr Morgano have done a very good job in this whole area and I thank them."@en1
