lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as it is an improvement in fishing policy which seeks to help preserve fish stocks and mitigate the damage being done by deep sea trawlers. I am especially pleased to see a tightening of control measures which will hopefully ensure that all fishermen, from all Member States, are following the same rules. These new rules strike the right balance between protection methods, without adding an extra level of complexity and burdens on the industry."@en1
