lpv:spoken text	"I support this report which provides an important safety net to the Ghanaian economy. Given the delays and difficulties in signing the EU-West Africa Economic Partnership Agreement following the conclusion of negotiations, it is essential that Ghana continue to benefit from a WTO—compatible agreement for full duty and free quota free access to the European market. Any loss of market access could result in serious disruption to the Ghanaian economy and as a consequence this interim EPA is required as a temporary measure to ensure legal and economic stability. We should continue to work towards a full regional EPA as the best solution for all participants."@en1
