lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution on new opportunities for small transport business. Transport business across the EU faces considerable challenges in order to respond to the increasing demand for mobility in a sector that is particularly complex concerning safety and environmental regulation. Small transport businesses are finding it harder and more expensive than ever to remain in this competitive market due to over-regulation, in particular regarding access to the profession, the marketing of transport services and subsidisation. This resolution calls on the Member States to end this over-regulation and specifically to improve the serious disruption that has occurred on national transport markets in several states since the introduction of regulation EC No 1072/2009."@en1
