"I voted in favour of this action plan as wildlife trafficking represents a serious and endemic form of organised crime, and the EU is one of the main markets. I voted in favour of an immediate EU ban on the trade of ivory and rhinoceros horn, and called for proper sanctions. I also supported a ban on wildlife which has been illegally harvested or traded in third countries."@en1
