lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement, which is a redraft of the 2003 IORPS Directive to facilitate the development of occupational retirement pensions in the EU. A satisfactory report has been developed in terms of the key policy areas. In particular, I am pleased with the new structures for risk management and the removal of obstacles to cross-border provision of pension services and facilitation of cross-border transfer of schemes. All or part of the assets and liabilities of occupational pension schemes can now for the first time be transferred from one Member State to another"@en1
