lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the general budget for the financial year 2017. The budget succeeded in securing necessary financing in priority areas. EUR 600 million more was allocated for agriculture and in compensation for the embargo on Russia, while EUR 400 million more was given for Horizon 2020 for scientists and innovators as well as EUR 200 million more was allocated for COSME (EU programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in support of small and medium-sized businesses. I was particularly pleased that EUR 1.5 billion more was set aside for dealing with youth unemployment."@en1
