lpv:spoken text	"The need to enhance the connectivity and accessibility of the infrastructure for transport to, from and within the Central and Eastern parts of the EU is central in facilitating the free movement of persons throughout the Union. Therefore, EU funding must reflect the real investment needs for completing the TEN-T core network by 2030 in the region. Moreover, the EU should not only create new infrastructure but also invest in the modernisation and completion of existing transport infrastructures. This should include investments in rail, road and marine transport. This would open up the enormous potential to further economic engagement in Central and Eastern Europe."@en1
