"Mr President, it has been over 100 days since the United Kingdom and 72% of my constituents in Thurrock voted to leave the European Union, and let’s look at what happened: project Fear has unravelled, countries are rushing to do trade deals with the United Kingdom, and our prospects look better. But people are coming up to me and asking, ‘Well, why haven’t we left yet? What’s stopping them?’ The answer is quite simple. Rule number one: never trust a Tory. Rule number two: obey rule number one. Our newly unelected Prime Minister isn’t an Iron Lady: she is tinfoil Theresa May. And just look at her record. When she was Home Secretary, she oversaw mass immigration that would have made the Labour Party wince. She voted for Remain. She oversaw policies that squeezed the working classes the most. She cannot deliver the deal that the British people voted for. And the message is clear: tear up the European Communities Act, get our borders back, and get our fisheries back. We voted to get our country back, and by God, we will get it back."@en1
