Unfortunately it seems that the current government in Poland is undermining their democratic institutions thus threatening the rule of law. This runs counter to the fundamental principles of the EU. The ongoing constitutional crisis, the government’s control of the public media, and the politicization of the national administration are only contributing to isolating the country and damaging citizens rights. It is therefore important that the current government restore the rule of law."@en1
