I agree that this agreement has the potential to bring positive change and to contribute to sustainable economic growth and deepened intra-regional trade between the European Union and the Southern African Developing Countries. On top of this there should be the establishment of a sustainable development dialogue and relevant participative processes for monitoring. I support that while enhancing the development prospects of the region, we are laying the foundation for an economic partnership that is lasting and mutually beneficial. This trade agreement creates new opportunities for the economic development of African partner countries and also offers European businesses new opportunities."@en1
