lpv:spoken text	"The Africa Trust fund is one piece in the puzzle of the EU’s response to the migration crisis. It is disappointing, however, that Member States (including the UK Government) have not matched the EU’s efforts in contributing to the trust fund. Together with my S&D colleagues, I support the Commission’s efforts to address the problem of global migratory flows, but stress that efforts to address this problem should not take resources away from development funds concentrating on the root causes of refugee flight and migration. This report calls for steps to be taken so that the Trust Funds are better monitored by the European Parliament, because they currently lack sufficient transparency in their use."@en1
