lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this regulation that will make it mandatory for the national regulatory authority or government to submit a cost breakdown methodology on the natural gas and electricity prices in their Member State, to ensure the correct and fair comparability of prices between countries. Until now, the European Commission has been collecting data on natural gas and electricity prices on a voluntary basis from Member States. However as problems in the data collection have been increasingly reported by several Member States, this regulation is being brought in to law to transform the voluntary basis of collection into an obligatory one. I believe the introduction of this regulation will help prevent any further problems in the quality of data collection."@en1
