lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the adoption of a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 471/2009 on Community statistics relating to external trade with non-member countries as regards the conferral of delegated and implementing powers on the Commission for the adoption of certain measures. In the light of the changes brought about by the Lisbon Treaty and by the subsequent adoption of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 (on implementing acts), the Commission was required to adapt the decision making rules in trade policy to the new regime of delegated and implementing acts. In this context, the Commission amended Regulation (EC) No 471/2009 on Community statistics which is the only legislative act in the field of the Common Commercial Policy referring to the regulatory procedure with scrutiny."@en1
