lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this recommendation to the Council regarding the 71st Session of the UNGA. I am particularly pleased to hear that many amendments which were the initiative of my socialist colleagues have been included in the text, particularly amendments concerning the role of women in the peace process, an aspect which is all too often overlooked; a zero tolerance for the death penalty; LGBTI rights; and a human rights-based approach to migration, with special attention given to women and children. Overall, I think this is a satisfactory text, which I can support."@en1
