"I struggled to hear the question in that, but I acknowledge that Mr Coburn speaks for the 40%. I speak for the 60% in Scotland who voted in favour of remaining within the European Union. Can I remind the House of another thing that Nicola Sturgeon has said recently? That is the fact that the United Kingdom, which Scotland voted to remain a part of a couple of years ago, no longer exists. People like Mr Coburn and the others on the Unionist side of that argument promised that, if Scotland voted to remain part of the UK, our EU membership would be safeguarded. Now it is at risk."@en1
