The report which was a multi annual recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean put in place by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) in 2006 to address the alarming depletion in stock levels. However, it should be noted that the provisions contained within the recovery plan do not apply to Ireland"@en1
