lpv:spoken text	"In the interests of the judicial cohesion of the European Court of Justice and of the general legal EU acquis, I supported this resolution. The amendments stemming from this resolution will facilitate appropriate transitional arrangements concerning the transfer to the General Court of the European Union civil service cases which will ease the burden of the ECJ’s caseload. This transfer of jurisdiction presupposes, in accordance with Article 256(1) TFEU, the dissolution of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal (‘Civil Service Tribunal’) which will also increase the coherency on the European legal system as EU civil servants will now have their cases heard at the General Court of the European Union."@en1
