lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this legislation as it promotes the free movement of citizens and businesses by simplifying the acceptance of certain public documents in the European Union. In other words, it aims at making the life of citizens easier by reducing the administrative burden to mobility inside the EU. The keystone of the regulation is the creation of multilingual standard forms for most of the public documents concerned. The forms are attached to the original version of the document, and are pre-translated, meaning the document holder is not required to get a certified/notarised copy of the translated document. This will therefore greatly facilitate procedures for European citizens moving between Member States."@en1
