lpv:spoken text	"I abstained on this report, which is a proposal to waive visa requirements for all EU and Colombian citizens for a 90 day period. However, I have concerns in relation to the free trade agreement and the current Colombian government’s standards in relation to human rights. I am also not satisfied that the Colombia government is doing enough to tackle and dismantle the paramilitaries and to prosecute those that finance and support them. Without criminal records or prosecutions, people who have committed or helped facilitate human rights violations, political assassinations, and other illegal acts such as land grabbing could freely enter the EU. I therefore abstained on this report."@en1
