lpv:spoken text	"The trade agreement between the EU and its Member States and Colombia and Peru was signed back in June 2012. This was before Croatia joined in July 2013. I voted in favour of this consent procedure which takes account of the accession of Croatia to the EU. While I know that Labour MEPs opposed the agreement with Colombia and Peru when it was first signed in 2012 because of our concern for the human rights situation in Colombia, in view of the agreement having been signed and provisionally implemented since 2013, it should be applied to all EU Member States."@en1
