It is also a crisis-based application based on the decline in freight transport in Europe by 13% (and by 21% in France) since the crisis. There were some issues with this application as the company had sought state funds in recent years and then relocated anyway. However, the French trade unions while critical of the company’s action still supported the use of the fund for the workers. Therefore, I voted in favour of this application."@en1
