lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report because ensuring that local people have more say over what happens in their local area is essential, with many people in the UK unsure over how and where EU funds are spent, through the numerous and often complicated EU funding schemes. Providing greater transparency over existing funds will give the public more information, whilst also helping communities have a bigger say over what happens in their local area. To do this, we need much less regulation and burdensome red tape. Whilst, this is one step forward in helping communities have a greater say over what happens in their local area, the EU can do much more to cut regulations, reduce the administrative burden and streamline its various funding processes."@en1
