lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. This is a massive step forward in the fisheries partnership EU-Mauritania. This protocol sees a decrease in the financial contribution from the Union, the cost/benefit ratio has improved greatly with this report. What is more, the financial contribution will be used in the form of support to promote the sustainable development of the fishing sector and also environmental protection in the protected marine and coastal areas. This report offers more transparency from Mauritania which will be a benefit for the European fleet."@en1
